Randy Braz
Randy Braz is a business leader who is the founder of Black Phoenix Management Group, Inc. (BPMG). Through BPMG, Randy has worked to strengthen his community through ownership as the company expands its footprint in the acquisition and development of real estate and businesses in underserved areas. With a heavy focus on team development, he works to engage and develop the best talents to impact success. He has always worked with young entrepreneurs to expand their access to supercharged networks to "grow" their businesses and strengthen their brands.
Lakimja Mattocks
Lakimja Mattocks is a proud Brooklyn native who believes in the power of community and collective economics. She joined BPMG in 2017 as a strategic partner and serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Lakimja likes to refer to herself as a builder of people, teams and ikea furniture. Her passion and expertise as a nonprofit executive and strategist lends itself to BPMG’s community, programming and infrastructure, also showcasing her skills as a builder. She enjoys domestic and international travel, mentoring young people and early career professionals and giving back through board service.
